What is Ceramic Clay?

It is a soft material whose main components are earth and clay, which thickens with the addition of certain chemical powders and hardens when fired at temperatures between 1050-1200 degrees Celsius. After the first firing process, it becomes a material ready for painting, called ceramic biscuit. After being painted and coated with a liquid called glaze, it goes into the kiln a second time, transforming into a waterproof product suitable for daily use.
